The 100th Post

It took 3 1/2 hours to get my hair cut, coloured and treatment. Gosh! And I was having very bad cramps that day. My eyebrows are so black. I've to get it bleached soon.



Kinokuniya was having 20% storewide. I bought these magazines to get inspirations for the future home. My theme's going to be romantic cottage.



I bought this last year. Going to re-use for the coming Christmas to decorate my room.

I was at the airport yesterday and what struck me was, with my current health condition, I will not be able to travel at all. It saddens me.

Japan Japan Japan!

My chest pain haven't been bothering me recently! I wanted to blog about this happy news but was afraid it might come back. But recent days, I can hardly feel it at all. So, out of the 3 conditions that I'm suffering from, gastric reflux is cured for the time being. As I was told by the doctor, it will come back to haunt me once in a while. I read from the internet that chinese medicine will cure the root of this problem. So I going to try that later when I curb my functional dyspepsia & ibs condition.

One down, 2 more to go.

I have been playing with the thought of going Japan and now we are officially planning to go around November 2010. Still a long way to go, I hope I would have recovered fully by then and of course, saved up enough for it.

My must-go are of course Disneyland, Disneysea & Sanrio Puroland. Japan, the land of cute, I will definitely have a great time buying all the kawaii stuffs.

Macdonald's Open Doors Tour

We went for the Macdonald's Open Doors Tour yesterday. In a nutshell, it's a short tour of Macdonald's kitchen. It's quite fun seeing how the food were made and everything.


They gave us 2 complimentary vouchers, sort of like a door gift.

I was pining for Taiwan's oyster mee sua and fried chicken cutlet (not that my current health condition permits me to consume) and what suddenly struck me was that Taiwan have no Carl's Jr!

No Carl's Jr & their apparent preference for tea and not coke, I would literally die in that country. Not even Mister Donut is enough to lure me.

Etude House

I bought this at a whim cause I really wanted the fluffy pen. I read through the ingredient list of the mask and was disappointed to find that vitamin C is listed next to preservatives. Not going to help much in this case. Out of the fancy packaging lies pretty much mediocre products. I probably should have stick to buying the nail polishes which on the other hand, are great.

Medical Consultation

Yesterday was my scheduled appointment at the hospital. Spent around $260 on medical bills. Gosh!



I'm on yet another 1 month medication. This, seems endless. Sometimes I have good days, sometimes I have bad days. It's a helpless situation to be tied down with a chronic illness. Nobody understands what you are going through. Nobody. I am so tired of cramping and on medication 24/7. I can't eat what I crave, travel wherever I fancy, can't do anything I want. Nothing. Why me?

Today is one of the bad days. I'm reaching the breaking point.

Oh, damn it!

I just read off the internet that Etude House Orchard is giving out the fluffy pens with every purchase. What's maddening, I was right there in that shop this afternoon and I never notice!!! Damn it!!!

Bloody hell.

Kao Essential

Despite my bad cramps, I was determined not to have it affect me and make it out of the house today. Undeterred by the rain, I took the train to City Hall station, walked over to Raffles Hotel, took a bus from the nearby bus stop to Kao main office to collect the free bag. The trip was worth it. Kawaii ne!

Though my cramps was so bad I didn't shopped much in the end.

I can't believe it's less than a month to New Moon movie screening. Can't wait for it! I saw the extended trailer recently. Oh, shirtless Edward Cullen alert. They really know how to milk our money. I hope Edward Cullen remains the old-fashioned gentleman. Horror of horrors, movie makers, please don't modernized him!
