In black pearl...a mix of black, metallic greyish with emerald green undertones. Luv it so much! I like how it looks metallic greyish black, but when observe closely, there is a hint of emerald green.

The skirt is soooo much prettier in real life! The pockets stick out of the dress, which make it so adorable. Luv the top pretty watercolour floral print too.

The skirt was retailing at USD34.50(SGD45.20). I waited and waited and waited until the price drop, which also resulted in my size running out. I took a "M" in the end and it's so loose...

Given exchange rate 1.31...

Basket fabric liner & pancakes

Quite a while ago, I spotted this fabric at Spotlight, which was crazy because it looks 99% like this Cath Kidston fabric design I came across.


This is selling at 18 pounds(not including tax & shipping) per meter...



while I got 10plus a metre for this...



and sew a pretty basket liner...

It's quite troubling really. I've decide to change my house colour scheme to robin egg/sky blue & pink instead of using sage green & pink. Now I am left with a lot of green fabrics due to my impromptu decision. And it doesn't help that I can't seem to find pretty pastel blue fabric at Spotlight.



Yummy pancakes which I bake today! So delicious, better than Macdonald's hotcakes!
