We went to the zoo on Good Friday and it was extremely crowded. Had to spent quite a while queuing for the tickets. But I do applaud the zoo for its good contingency plans. They handled the crowd pretty well. Some of the trams were re-route to the entrance when bad weather hits the park later in the day.
It's been quite a while since I last went to the zoo. There has been, of course, some new additions going on. It's good that they try to keep things fresh.

Splash Safari was their newly added animal show

The food looks pretty decent, but the crowd was horrible. So we went to grab a bit at good'o KFC instead.
Kidzworld were also renovated with new additions like topiary and a new carrousel ride, which I didn't get on because I didn't want to spend 4bucks on the ride and still have to squeeze with nosiy kids.

Then it started to pour heavily.....
At the tram stop waiting for the rain to stop
As soon as the rain stopped, we went straight to the boat jetty for the ride. It was earlier suspensed due to bad weather.

Cruising along the reservoir...

After the ride, we managed to squeeze some time to explore some of the other enclosure before closing time.

I didn't really take much pictures of the animals this time round. Cause I usually take a glance ot two and chuck them aside.
