My electric whisk have broken down for the longest time but I really really wanted to bake gingerbread cookie for Christmas. So I decided to try to cream the butter & sugar by hand. It was a disaster. I initially wanted to throw away the batter but shove into the oven to see what happens anyway. And just like Christmas, it magically turns from a cookie to a brownie cake. Haha.



My gingerbread cookie brownie cake. It taste quite yummy actually. So I think it's just my sucky hand creaming skills.
