Day 3We woke up bright and early, determined to make it to the beach just before dawn.

Looking at the calm and serene sea under the musky blue-grayish sky.

Still relatively low tide in the early morning...

Lots of empty beach chairs, ready for business...
We took lots and lots and lots of photos along the beach. These are my favourites...

I super heart this photo. It looks like the clouds is touching the tip of the hills.

After a great session of photo taking, we headed for breakfast. Patong looks like a ghost town in the morning. We were trying to find a eatery that serves breakfast but to no avail. Ended up walking to Junceylon.

Enjoying breakfast at au bon pain. The chicken wrap and muffin are soo delicious!
After a wonderful breakfast, we walked back(so much walking throughout the trip) to the hotel. Decides to go up to the rooftop pool for a look. It was pure bliss up there! I wish we had discovered how fun it was earlier.

Isn't it pretty? I wish we can go back again...

We spent like 2 hours laying there. Me looking at the endless blue sky, listening to my ipod, and enjoying the breeze. Bear just slept through. Haha.

I took this myself using the self-timer when Bear zzzz off laying on the lounge chair.

It was so relaxing laying there I almost didn't want to go down. We did of course, eventually, went back to the room for me to take my medicine. Laze around somemore until it was lunchtime.
Our lunch at the hotel cafe...

Waiting for the food...

This turns out to be spicy so I did not have much of it.

I luv the pasta!
After a nice relaxing lunch, we went around the hotel to take photos...

At the pool area on the 3rd floor...

Inside the games room. They have this room where you can play video games, pool and watch movies.
We then went back to our room for more lazing around until dinner time, wanted to go out but it started to rain (yet again). So we waited for the rain to stop before walking over to the beach to enjoy a nice relaxing evening stroll along the beach.

Waited for the sun to come down so that we can take more pictures...

We then walked all the way to the area where all the seafood restaurants are located. Definitely a long walk, but evening time was cooling so it was a lot better compared to walking during the scorching afternoons. We went back to the same restaurant. On hindsight, we should have probably chosen another one. The earlier rain have made the pavements wet, making the various food outlets wet and sort of yucky.

We didn't enjoyed it as much as the previous time. Feeling unsatisfied, we walked over to Junceylon to have yet another dinner.

Shared a set between the 2 of us...
Ended the night off with a leisure walk back to the hotel.
